Please NOTE: All Checkrides will be at KDTS unless the applicant makes other arrangements with us when scheduling.   For any Checkride NOT done at KDTS, applicant will incur travel charges above and beyond the checkride fees.

To request a checkride, fill out and submit this form. You will be contacted to schedule a date for your checkride within 2 business days from your submission.

PLEASE NOTE: Anthony Aviation home airport is Destin Executive Airport (KDTS) at 1001 Airport Road Destin Florida 32541. Our offices are located in the North Atlantic Terminal as shown on the Airport Diagram. If you need the DPE to travel to your airport let us know in your message. Exams at airports other than KDTS will incur additional travel charges.
