Authorization and Consent

I hereby grant Anthony Aviation L.L.C the irrevocable right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of me (or my property, if applicable) taken on the day of my checkride for the purpose of advertising, marketing, promotion, and portfolio use.

This includes, but is not limited to, use on:

• The business website

• Social media platforms

• Online and printed advertisements

• Marketing materials and promotional content

I understand that these images may be edited, altered, or combined with other images or text, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product.

Rights and Ownership

I acknowledge that all photographs and recordings are the property of Anthony Aviation L.L.C and that I will not receive compensation for their use beyond any services already agreed upon.

I release Anthony Aviation L.L.C, its representatives, employees, and assigns from any claims, demands, or liability related to the use of these images, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy or defamation.

Withdrawal of Consent

I understand that I may withdraw my consent in writing at any time; however, previously published materials may continue to be used.

Agreement

By entering my name and the date below, I confirm that I am at least 18 years of age and that I have read and fully understand this release.
