Please Note: In the event the scheduled exam is unable to be performed due to the Student not meeting the required criteria the $500 Eligibility and Scheduling fee is NON_REFUNDABLE. All other cancellations will be evaluated case by case and refunds will be at the discretion of the DPE. Weather, aircraft mechanicals and serious medical condition cancellations must be done at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled test.
If the test is at an airport other than the DPE's home airport you may be required to pay a travel fee. Once the DPE tells you what that fee will be, you can pay it using the Pay Travel Fee Buy Now button Below
