Administrative and Scheduling Fee

This fee is a non-refundable fee or non-delegated services performed prior to the practical test. These services include applicant intake, calendar coordination, review of eligibility documents (IACRA, endorsements, knowledge test results), and preliminary aircraft eligibility review.  Payment of an administrative and scheduling fee is required prior to final scheduling confirmation and is separate from the practical test fee. No practical test fee is collected until applicant eligibility has been confirmed and the practical test is ready to begin.If an applicant is found ineligible to proceed, or if the examination does not occur due to examiner availability, the administrative and scheduling fee will be refunded. If the applicant cancels or reschedules after administrative review has been completed, the fee may be applied to a future examination date.
